| Vinayak stands for the Lord's aspect that is All wisdom in the universe. Consequently, He is the remover of all obstacles for his devotees. All wisdom can only be born out of All knowledge, so it is very appropriate that Shri Vinayak is considered the son of Lord Shiva (Shiva stands the Lord's aspect of All knowledge). Shri Vinayak is also known as Ganesha or Ganapati. The Lord, when invoked as Ganesha, blesses devotees by removing all obstacles and grants wisdom. The deity is named as Ramana Ganapati. The Vedic installation ceremony was performed on October 25 through 27, 1997.
The deity's form symbolizes varieties of desired aspects for human beings.
